Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package from the carrier. We will happily refund damaged product(s), which are reported within 24 hours timeframe, and you may place a new order on our website. However a photograph as 'proof of the damage' of the packaging is required.
If an item is missing from your order, please provide a photo of everything you received in the package and email us. We require a minimum of 2 business days to file a claim with the carrier before sending the missing item(s) to you. We will be in touch with you.
Please Note: We would be unable to process refunds, in cases where the items(s) that arrived damaged/ broken /or missing, were not reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the package and without a photo of the broken item(s) and/ or package. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after 24 hours of receiving the product(s).
Your satisfaction is our utmost priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. As mentioned above, we offer refund only in case of damaged/ broken product(s), reported within 24 hours of receiving; within 15 business days from the date of reporting the claim, back to your original form of payment.
We at Herbis work hard to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This unfortunately means NO changes, exchanges, or returns can be made to your order once it is placed.
Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so some variation from batch to batch is normal (slight changes in color for example). This does not have an effect on the product’s efficacy and are safe to use for the prescribed duration of their shelf-life.
Item(s) ordered and paid for will ship within 48-72 hours. After leaving our facility, our shipping carrier typically delivers in 3-7 business days, depending on your pin-code. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information. Once the package has left Herbis and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays or if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors.
